Should I Train Through A Injury?

Communication With Your Personal Trainer

Something I regularly do is reach out to your personal trainer to update them on your progression including dos and don'ts

One thing's that's massively important for me is to keep you training!

Being injured doesn't mean that training stops. It means that we need to adapt and adjust your program accordingly to make sure you're able to stay active and still improve, without aggravating your injury

Being able to speak with your personal trainer allows me to gain some much-needed feedback from them on how your injury is responding away from the clinic.

The best personal trainers I've worked with are the ones that listen and modify your programs/food/activity depending on our findings and progression within the clinic.

If your personal trainer isn't listening to the injury rehab advice of your therapist...find a new PT.
